Temma Donahue has been a practicing trial attorney for over 10 years and is experienced with a variety of legal matters with a special focus on criminal defense and family law. Temma handles divorce, parental rights and responsibilities, adult and juvenile criminal defense, protection from abuse and harassment and probate guardianship cases. She is also a rostered Guardian ad litem.
In 2007, Temma received her Juris Doctor from the University of Maine School of Law. During law school, Temma worked with a criminal defense attorney, and also had a yearlong internship at the Cumberland County District Attorney’s Office where she maintained and tried cases.
Temma graduated Cum Laude from the University of Maine School of Law and received the Health Law Award.
Temma is a 2002 graduate of Guilford College, in Greensboro, North Carolina, where she double majored in Criminal Justice and Sociology. Temma lives in Portland with her husband and toddler, and in what spare time she has, enjoys gardening, renovating her civil war era home and enjoying all of the outdoor activities Maine has to offer.
